Welcome to Oxford Local Quaker Meeting, situated in the heart of the city. We are home to, and host of, a vibrantly diverse community.
We are open throughout the week for Quaker worship as well as a range of events. Our premises are available for hire by community groups.
We look forward to welcoming you to worship with us.
We have groups for Children and Young People. Oxford Quakers hosts a thriving community of students and Young Adults (18-35) who meet weekly for worship and fellowship.

Out of Hours Duty Manager
Oxford Quakers are seeking a professional, reliable and practical person to care for our historic Meeting House during evenings and weekends (minimum 40 hours/month, £15–£17.50/hr.). Essential tasks include security, Health and Safety checks and monitoring, IT set-up, staff rota management, welcoming visitors, light cleaning, and furniture arrangement. We can tailor other responsibilities to your strengths, such as DIY, admin, gardening or housekeeping. Term-time only working is possible. Apply with a concise CV and cover letter to office@oxfordquakers.org. Please put ‘Out of Hours Duty Manager’ in the email header. We will keep this post open until the right person is found.
